Nothing inspires me like baking but meringues are my passion and they are my signature and most well-known creation. 

Whichever meringues you choose from my stunning range as a special treat for yourself or to serve at a range of events from high tea to baby showers to weddings or anything worth celebrating, you and your guests will be delighted and wowed! Your taste buds will come alive with my range of bespoke meringues in a wide range of sizes, colours and flavours which are made from natural flavours and colourings and are 100% gluten and dairy free.  

 

 My range of meringues include a wide range of delicate and natural flavours and you can choose your own flavour and colouring to suit. ​

​Celebrate in style with meringue kisses, pretty, delicate and inviting as decoration on a cake, tiered on a cake stand, or served individually.  These can also be personally packaged as gifts, for example they are a great idea as bonboneries or buy a box of them for that special gift.  Their versatility is endless.

My Meringue clouds are heavenly! They are a larger meringue which for example can be used as a dessert topped with cream, coulis and berries - they are like a mini individual pavlova and you can decorate and top them as you wish.
