Wallace & Salmon's range of homemade curds are available in five indulgent flavours and I have more on the way...and where possible, made using natural, fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Keep them to yourself or share the joy, as they make the perfect gift idea either individually or as part of a beautifully presented hamper.

 

Heavenly as an accompaniment to toast, crumpets, scones or ice-cream, delicious when used as a filling or topping for pavlovas or a sponge cake, or mixed with mascarpone cheese to create a decadent creamy filling, Wallace & Salmon curds delight and excite with every mouthful.

All my Curds can be made gluten free and/or dairy free on request.
